Climate Research Group (CRG) was established as part of the Eurasia Institute of Earth Sciences whose aim was to stimulate multi disciplinary studies in earth sciences including geology, ecology, climatology and oceanography.

Eurasia-CRG carries out research in the following areas: land-atmosphere interactions, land surface hydro-meteorological measurements, land cover land use changes, climate changes, urbanization, air quality and atmospheric modeling from patch scale to large scale.

  1. May 11, 2009: Looking for a Research Assistant who will work on Atmospheric Modeling

  2. February 29, 2009: Dr Alper Unal started as Assistant Professor at E-CRG.

  3. February 3, 2009: Assoc. Prof. Omer L. Sen is now Asst. Director for Eurasia Institute of Earth Sciences

  4. August 6, 2008: Prof. Dr. Karaca is now the Vice-President of Istanbul Technical University
